00:00 France: Let us thank 2013 for all the blessings, for all memories both happy and sad, for the family, friends and people who shared their part in our lives and for the lessons learned through all experiences. May we keep all what is good with us until the years ahead. And may we let go of what is needed.
Let us welcome 2014 with open arms and great excitement. Let us claim this year as the year of great fulfillment and greatest blessings.
I love photography, but I am not a professional photographer. I wanted to learn the proper way of doing it. But with 3 kids, a husband and a career, I can’t find any spare time to learn about it. Maybe next year, when my youngest goes to school. So for the meantime, I’m teaching myself by doing it, if I am given even just a minute for myself.
When we went to Chartres, France, I saw this graffiti on a wall near the Cathédrale. Took a photo of it and decided to write a simple poem about it. Sorry, I’m not a professional writer so bear with me.
Faces
Other faces come, others just go
Other faces tell what you want to know
There are some that hide secrets insides
Yet others show a glimpse of what they hide
There are faces that leave long-lasting impression
Some others vanishes without our attention
There are faces that stays out of our memory
Yet others cling to it longingly and constantly
Faces come, faces go
What, where, when and why, we simply don’t know
But once in our life, a face passes by
It is us to decide if it’ll remain or it’ll be brushed aside

Life is a box of chocolate, you’ll never know what you will get! – “Forrest Gump (the movie)
I pray that whatever chocolate that we get, may it bring us happiness, love and hope. May it create wonderful memories and teach us new life experiences. May each chocolate of life teach us something worth living for.
